Mrs. Annabel Lee (Trusler) Buron, age 70, of Bridgeport, WV, passed away at
Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, at 5:10 P. M. Wednesday, October 26,
2011. She was born July 28, 1941 in Clarksburg, WV, a daughter of the late
John Franklin Trusler and Virginia Mae Fogg Trusler.
Surviving are: three daughters, Rhonda Leyton of Perth, Western Australia,
Shannon Bush & her fiance`, John Purcell, Snowflake, AZ and Lisa Michel,
Clarksburg, WV, two brothers & a sister-in-law, William E. Trusler of Clarksburg,
WV & John W. & Wanda Trusler of Delaware, Ohio, three sisters & two brothers-
in-law, Joan (Trusler) Kaminski of Murrieta, California, Shirley (Martin) Tutolo &
her husband, Angelo of Geneva, Ohio and Debra K. & Tom Loughery, Clarksburg,
WV, two grandchildren, Jessica Ann Leyton & Shannon Lynn Rozance, three
great grandchildren, Malynn Renee Muth, Ethen Michael Hayes and Deven Scott
Haynes and several nieces & nephews.
Mrs. Buron was also preceded in death by a daughter, Terri Roberts, a brother,
Kent Allen Trusler and two sisters, Judy Carole Trusler Feathers & Eloise Sendling.
Mrs. Buron was Methodist by faith. She was a graduate of the old Victory High
School – Class of 1959. She served her country in the U. S. Air Force as an Airman
Second Class. She had earned her master degree in education in Pomona, CA ,
where she also taught. She was also a teacher & counselor for Harrison County
Board of Education at South Harrison High School. She was a very loving and
giving person to all who knew her.
Friends may call at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, 329 East Main Street,
Clarksburg from 4:00 – 8:00 P. M. Friday, where a funeral service will be held
Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 2:00 P. M. with the Pastor Jeff Vaughan presiding.
Entombment will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

What a legacy you have left--you were truly a role model to us all. I will always remember our trips around the western U.S. and all the fun we had teaching together in Lake Elsinore. You were a wonderful counselor and I dont know how I would have made it through high school without you. I think of you often when I see the the little scar on the side of my nose and remember you telling me to get that mole removed. Rest in Peace and say Hi to my daddy up there.

Ann--you were such a wonderful counselor and support to both of my sons and many other students here in Lake Elsinore, CA. I enjoyed the last few years and our girl breakfasts we had. I will always remember you and I will pray for those you leave behind....God Bless
Ann Buron was an example that certain people were called to make a difference in this world. As my counselor, teacher, and confidant...she celebrated diversity, accepted differences and treated me with respect, kindness and genuine concern.
