Frank O. Renzelli, age 90 of Clarksburg, WV departed this life on Monday, Apr. 7, 2008 at
his residence. He was born in Anmoore, WV on Dec. 30, 1917, a son of the late
Julio Renzelli and Mary (Grandinetti) Renzelli.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth G. (Kozma) Renzelli, whom he married on Aug. 4, 1937,
two daughters and sons-in-law, Betty & Gene Larosa, Bridgeport, WV and Gloria Jean & Tim Fidyk, Lebanon, TN, two brothers, Philip Renzelli, Bridgeport, WV, William Renzelli, Anmoore, WV, two sisters, Lucia Amato, Clarksburg, WV and Loretta Frederick, Anmoore, WV, two grandchildren, David Larosa and his wife Melinda and Jeff Larosa and his wife Kimberly,
three great grandchildren, Ryan Larosa, Kaylyn Larosa and Alexie Larosa, many beloved nieces and nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, John Renzelli, Julio Renzelli, Jr. and Joseph Renzelli, two sisters, Rose LoBianco and Violet Steele.
Mr. Renzelli was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Clarksburg where he served as an Usher for many years.
He retired from Union Carbide in Anmoore.
Mr. Renzelli served his country in the Army during World War II.
He was a volunteer with the Anmoore Volunteer Fire Deptartment.
The late Mayor Kates of Clarksburg declared Mr. Renzelli as the honorary Mayor of Broadway.
Friends will be received at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, 329 East Main St., Clarksburg from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday,
Apr. 10, 2008 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Hilarion Cann as celebrant. A Vigil Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials in memory of Mr. Renzelli may be made to Peoples’ Hospice, P. O. Box 1680, Clarksburg, WV 26302.
